The history of the Partner Hotel chain began just a little over ten years ago, when its activity was initiated with the opening of the first seven hotels in the Canary Islands, which came to be named Partner Hotels in 1998. It was from this moment on, when a change of strategy took place to introduce ourselves on the peninsula and in the urban hotels. Beginning in the year 2000, we began exploiting and working towards these hotels, and since that year up to this newly beginning one, the Partner group has passed from having three hotels to twenty-seven, facing up to international expansion of the group with illusion. The hotel business's place in Spain has provoked a need for finding new formulas to be able to evolve in a market as competitive as this one. Because of this, Partner Hotels has searched for new daily management solutions that improve the service and communication with the guests.
Partner Hotels' managerial philosophy parts from the belief that the guest is the grounds on which we stand, with the fundamental aim being the satisfaction of their needs and expectations. This aim can only be obtained by upholding permanent synergy with the market, adapting to new trends and in turn offering the services that make our guest's stay in the groups´ hotels complete. We firmly believe in a labour philosophy based on honesty and the utmost professionalism possible of all our personnel and because of this, we try to maintain motivation, training and promotion constantly present in the work of the Partner Hotels members.
Within Partner Hotels´ wide offering of hotels there are two principal divisions: the costal vacation hotels for vacationers and the urban hotels in small patrimonial cities of humanity. We have varied guests, from the vacationing family in search of leisure and entertainment, to people who make cultural trips, down to executives of big companies who look for a calm place to carry out their work. Let's not forget that several of our hotels have the latest internet technology and offer the possibility of organising conferences, meetings and banquets according to the needs of our guests. |
