LEASE AGREEMENT
A 'Lease Agreement' guarantees a return on investment of a Property whilst assuring the Proprietor of a 'capital gain' (added value) of the Property as a real estate investment. The 'capital gain' increases and benefits from the positive 'positioning' of the Hotel property in the industry. Hotel Proprietors have the option of "renting" a Hotel or Resort establishment to PARTNER HOTELS upon a fixed or variable annual rental amount during a determined Contract period.
PARTNER HOTELS, apart from providing a "Lease Agreement" as a management option provides indirect assistance in the development and advancement of a Hotel as a gainful investment property through the concurrent Lease Agreement.

HOTEL PURCHASING
Within the strategy of globally understanding the interests of the proprietors - investors of a hotel, we include individual purchasing of hotels through companies with which Partner Hotels has previous preferential agreements in this regard.
In those cases in which the proprietors are interested in selling their hotel, our company could be the vehicle so that the preferential investors, with whom Partner Hotels has management contracts, could offer to purchase the hotel.
