Parques y Jardines
Parks and gardens while walking through Pamplona. The most abundant species are maple trees, poplar trees, hackberries, privets, ash trees, lime trees, plane trees, acacias, and cedars, cypresses and pine trees among the coniferous trees but there are also sequoias, spruces, and ginkgos.

Monumental Pamplona. The Citadel of Pamplona is a stronghold inspired by the Citadel of Amberes. Felipe II ordered the construction of this fortress in 1571 (XVI century) and assigned the work to the Italian military engineer Fratín, work that was concluded in 1648 (XVII century).

De compras en Pamplona
Shopping in Pamplona. The city has a wide and varied commercial network that without surpassing its limits, allows for purchasing items from areas as diverse as textiles, footwear, food, furniture, etc. Nevertheless, the handmade articles are what most catch the visitor's eye.

Among these the typical marble replicas of the "Comparsa de Gigantes" and Large Heads or San Fermín stand out; the wood carvings and rock sculptures, the "kaikus" (container for holding milk), wooden spoons, ceramics, tapestries, or the typical leather wineskins.
